Project Introduction
In response to OTIC's need to make their course catalog available and attract potential clients, the idea arose to develop a tool capable of intelligently recommending relevant content, delivering immediate value, and creating a connection from the start of the digital journey.
Challengue
OTIC was looking for a solution that would allow any user to input their training needs and, based on that information, receive personalized recommendations to quote directly with course providers.
Solution
A platform was designed that asks users for various data, so that based on this information and through integrations, a personalized list of recommended courses is displayed, which the user can quote and simulate approximate values.
Process
The Scrum framework was used, with two-week iterations based on the prioritization of the Product Owner’s backlog. The framework ceremonies were key to achieving effective communication among the project participants.
Result
An intuitive and efficient platform was developed that allows any user to obtain course recommendations aligned with their requirements. Additionally, the tool facilitates quoting, streamlining the search and hiring process.
