Project Introduction
In the face of manual, scattered processes with little oversight, the opportunity arose to build a technological platform that would centralize and efficiently manage all relevant documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance and facilitating the daily operations of the accounting team.
Challenge
The client requested a system that would allow the tracking and control of the pension fund’s accounting documents, enabling the different roles involved to review and approve the various processes carried out internally.
Solution
A system was designed that allows different users to perform audits of accounting documents, with the ability to configure the various processes using administration tools within the same platform.
Process
The Scrum framework was used, with two-week iterations based on the prioritization of the Product Owner’s backlog. The ceremonies of the framework were key to achieving effective communication among the project participants.
Result
A platform was built that displays maintainers to configure the business rules of each accounting process. This initiates the monitoring and approval flow of documents, showing notifications and alerts at each stage.
